Load control template file /_controltemplates/SearchArea.ascx failed

Similar to the TaxonomyPicker.ascx, just rename this to SearchArea.ascx_old. Notice that the code points to the old SharePoint 12.0 dlls and wont be used in your new 2010 farm.
