What the heck is this? I don't know, but supposidly you are suppose to install this hotfix to resolve it. I tried and it wouldn't install on my server OS (Windows Server 2008). Bummer. Now I am stuck with this health analyzer rule saying my farm is in error…YUK!
If the team releases a REAL hotfix, I'll update here.
